Matt graduated from Seattle University School of Law with honors in 2022. He clerked for an appellate judge at the Court of Appeals in Seattle for two years, and he was of counsel at a government contracts firm.

During law school, Matt clerked at the Torts Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, at the Federal Trade Commission, and at the Court of Appeals for a commissioner.

Before becoming at attorney, Matt worked for several dotcom and gaming companies. He is a 2007 Technology Management MBA graduate of the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
